About
The Practitioner’s Guide to Decoding Qest4 Food Lists Food talks. Your body listens. Learn to translate. A food list is more than a list of foods to avoid—it can provide clues about what the body is communicating. Food Is Information is a practical, three-module course with Pamela Wingert of The Health Profiler designed to help Qest4 practitioners move beyond individual reactive foods and begin recognizing the patterns behind them. Module 1 — Food Is Information Learn to look at food as a signal and explore the 12 pathways through which food communicates. You’ll begin reframing food lists as clues that can open a useful conversation with clients rather than becoming another overwhelming list of restrictions. Module 2 — The Food Groups Work through all 19 food groups as they appear on a Qest4 export. Explore what each group affects, how it can affect the body, associated symptoms, and which groups commonly appear together. This module also covers the Top 10 Disrupters, problematic nutrients, and beneficial food groups that can help form the “add in” side of a protocol. Module 3 — The Protocol & Report Bring everything together by learning how to run the four Qest4 protocols, interpret scan output, connect food groups with organ systems, and work through the Food Disrupter Report from Priority to Pathway to Process. You’ll also walk through five real scan examples from start to finish to see the method applied to different results. Your Course Includes: -3 module PowerPoint presentations with recorded video walkthroughs -25+ informational handouts and reference resources -Food Groups Quick Reference -Nutrition Reference -Additive & Phenolic Guide -Problematic Nutrients Guide -Folate vs. Folic Acid -Beneficial Food Groups -Macros/Micros Food Guide -Food Disrupter Report, including a customizable, fillable version to use with your own clients -Free live Zoom Q&A, where you can bring your own client scans and questions
